Um. The best part of Sasquatch is the fact that it is NOT in the woods of Washington. Look up some pictures of the Gorge Amphitheater. Easily one of the top 5 outdoor venues in the country, comparable with Red Rocks.

Probably one of my favorite places on Earth, let alone to see live music. Not to mention camping out for three days with a couple thousand other people, with no cops in any direction for about 50 miles…

Well, I happen to like weiner, so there’s that, haha… But I do get what you’re saying. Neko Case will be there with The New Pornographers, and she rocks pretty hard. And there are girls in Beirut and Mates of State!

I was getting all excited and cruising their website when it occured to me… this is the most dude-centric lineup I’ve ever seen! MIA and Tegan & Sara and that’s about it… Not that I want to see a return of the Ladyfest genre, but come on. These megashows are becoming such a wiener fest.
