The Mint Chick’s ‘Hot on Your Heels’ Video

Kitsune Noir reader Jill wrote me a few days ago about a video for The Mint Chicks song Hot on Your Heels, a surreal voyage into the dreams of a baby… or at least I think that’s what it is. The video was created by the folks over at Special Problems, an Auckland, New Zealand creative studio that has made a ton of really great music videos.

The video above features all kinds of crazy business going on, but mostly it’s about a severed hand chasing a white tiger, which I think is supposed to be the lead singer because he’s dressed like one in the video. Overall though the animations and editing are spot on and really compliment this already great song.

If you like the song, be sure to check out the Mint Chicks new album Screens as well, I’ve been listening to it all day and it’s a solid record.
