		<description>The zeroes kind of spoil it. They could be dropped, except for the one in the year, to make it better - but the zero in the year still kills it. 

Not a once-in a century thing, though. Ten years ago we had a much better one where even zero had a proper place: 01:23:45 6/7/89.

In 81 years will be another one:  12:34:56 7/8/90.</description>
