Moggy is right thats totally Female Convict Scorpion. After having seen all three they are totally worth checking out. Really over the top overly dramatic revenge film. Highly suggested.

You should look up, if you're not already familiar, the work of Ken Jacobs. He sort of invented this idea of three-dimensional space engendered by the rapid succession of flickering image loops. At once nauseating and hypnotizing indeed...
