Jack Spade Fashion Show, Bryant Park
Posted: September 18, 2007

I’m a pretty big fan of the Jack Spade brand. The Jack Spade store is filled with not only stylish bags, but tons of other “stuff” that gives everything a certain atmosphere. And that same sort of feeling was continued to his show this year, which took place outside of the fashion tents, and in the mundane setting of Bryant Park.

Random people were asked to “walk the catwalk”, except that it wasn’t a catwalk, it was the sidewalk, and there were people walking around and going about their business. It’s such a lighthearted and whimsical thing to do, it exemplifies what the brand should feel like. Something for everyone, no matter what.

  1. Hello Bobby,

I’m really flattered that you stopped by on my blog, cause I actually take a daily visit on yours and it’s one of the best design/art blogs out there in my opinion, you have a great taste of style :)
About the thumbnails; It’s something that blogg.se provides every blogg with and not something I managed to do on my own, even though I’d want to :P So I’m afraid I’m not much of a help here. Maybe you could mail the crew behind blogg.se for some info about it!

And please take into account that my english isn’t top notch since I’m a student from sweden and 18 years old, if you’d find any errors in my language :D
    Take care / Viktor

  2. Dang! I wish Wordpress was cool like blogg.se! I’ve been trying to figure out what that program is for a couple weeks now.

And your English is really great, actually. It’s definitely leaps and bounds better then my Swedish! haha
