I Want Those Flashing Lights by ColinMunroe (mp3)

I’ve never been a big Kanye fan, but I noticed he had this sneak peek of his new video Flashing Lights floating around, so I checked it out, and it was kinda lame. But I read that it wasn’t the real video, so I went looking for the real thing, and stumbled upon Colin Munroe’s version of the song, which is the video above.

Colin is a Canadian singer who describes himself as a “Do-It-Yourself guy” and cites his biggest influences as The Beatles and J Dilla, which sounds cool to me. Not only is this song extremely infectious, but the video is pretty rad as well. I really hope this guy does good, he has a great voice and rad sense of design.

2. Flashing Lights is the greatest song EVAR. Too bad the video was retarded. My brother showed it to me today and I was so confused. This one is better.
