There's a dearth of pictures available however those that do exist (http://flickr.com/search/?q=wittgenstein%20haus&w=all&s=int) can give you a good few hints about how influential this house was for modern architecture such as this. Anyway it was designed as a side project by one of my favorite thinkers, Ludwig Wittgenstein, one of the pioneers of early Analytic language philosophy.
