I remember when Warp Records released Rubber Johnny on DvD they also had a bonus pack where you could get a coffee table hardcover book of images (stills) from the RJ video. It was a limited edition and I haven't seen the book - but I do remember reading somewhere that when they were publishing the book the actual printer (some Italian book printing company) had women who were so turned off by the images in the book they wouldn't work on the binding. It was THAT disturbing. I love the beginning montage, where the title of the video is written on a rather phallic looking balloon with magic marker and then rolled up with air and popped.
