It’s going to be a glasses sort of night tonight… Colab is a project featuring some really awesome artists/designers getting the chance to design a pair of sunglasses any way they want. They come in runs of 1000, and for around $210.
Seen up above is Geoff McFetridge’s sunglasses (drool is all over the keyboard). The first series also features glasses from Perks and Mini (which look amazing!), Eboy, Rockin*Jellybean, and Naesden Control Centre. They’re all pretty rad actually, so go have a looksy!

Adidas GPS Run

This sounds like so much fun! Adidas is jumping on the bandwagon with their own version of Nike’s, NIKE+, with the Adidas GPS Run! You basically have the same deal, with a pedometer tracking your distance and running times, but they take it up a notch by tracking your cell phone (which goes in that handy little pouch above) and letting you know exactly where you ran! I guess the best runners will be invited to run in marathon’s and things?!
This is only being released in Japan for now, cuz’ they’re way cooler then us Americans, but hopefully it’ll come out over here soon! I want to use this with the iPhone… how cool would that be?

I also really love the design of the site, which by the way, is totally in Japanese. Can anyone read it and tell me more?

Briefbox/Boomcase

This is such a good idea!
Kevin Byrd and somebody from over at the Epidemik Coalition have come up with this rad boombox’ed briefcase. But… why would anyone actually buy one of these?!
Just go out, buy an old janky briefcase, then make a stencil of a boombox, get some silver spray paint… voila! But credit should still go to these guys for coming up with the design, for sure.

Super Sunglasses

I absolutely love Super Sunglasses. They’re hand-made in Italy and come in the most awesome colors, though I’d probably be boring and get them in black or white.

Pictured above is the phenomenal Uffie, looking especially hot in her red Supers. Her first full length album is due to come out sometime later this year, I can’t wait!

Jack Spade Trash Bag

Jack Spade Trash Coal Bag ($225) is big enough to hold whatever you need — whether it’s some towels and supplies for a day at the beach, or whether it’s a laptop, accessories, and a few magazines for a day of work. Of course, calling it a trash bag and then only printing “trash” on one side of it would be pretty lame, so you can flip the canvas outer to the inside and reveal a photo print of a bunch of trash, possibly making the contents look not-so-appealing.
